Refund policy

**Ocean Crab Designs custom items are a final sale. Please make note before purchasing.**

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email within 10 business days of receiving your merchandise. We will make every reasonable effort to find a solution.

Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged, within 10 days with a recommended tracking number.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible with re-shipping fees. 

All sale items are final and non refundable.

Please note that custom orders are non refundable as they are made specifically for you.
